yea i'm getting the exact same thing. even when i try to do it through terminal with the command, "ssh root@ipadresshere" it doesn't work. (which is what someone said to do in another thread first before you attempt to use any of the programs) Is it because of the new FW version? I'm using 2.0, anyone have a fix?

This happened to me too. Just make sure that you run Pwnage Tool on your ipodTouch/iPhone first; and be sure to install OpenSSH on your device during that process. After I did that, it worked straight away.
