something similar ibrick

I just changed from window to mac so i am very new in mac systems when i used to put some file to my iphone i usually use ibrick because it very easy,but now in mac i don't have any idea, my question is any programs similar to ibrick for mac ??? thanks to anyone for helping me

I use Transmit (FTP app) to sftp into my iPhone (wirelessly), then I can drag and drop apps, files etc.

There are free FTP apps that will work too.

If you have firmware 1.0.2 or 1.1.1 then iNdependence might be what you need. That handles everything iBrickr does.
