Sweep files left by AppSnapp

Hello,

Could you please tell me which files from my iPhone's directory, I could trash away after having applied AppSnapp on it?
As an example, I have __MACOSX directory which was not here before [1.0.2]. There's also a readme.txt, and tow zipped files.
They all seem very peculiar...so do you think I could trash them without harming my iPhone?

P.S. What's the cleanest way to remove 'Installer' please? should I let BSD subsytem, OpenSSH out?
