Problems changing the spring board

can some one help me: when i try to put in

cd /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

i get a No such file or directory what am i doing wrong??

You haven't successfully jailbroke in that session.

i did ./jailbreak successfully used the putfile and displayorder.plist however when i finish and restart the phone the graphics are not there

displayorder.plist changes the order of the main menu, it doesnt change graphics. just what graphics were you expecting to change?
