I did something real stupid I accidently deleted the Preferences.app, I downloaded a back-up and placed it back in the applications folder, but when I try to enter the settings it jkust closes. Can someone please help.

After you upload the folder, open Finder on your iPhone.
Navigate to the main file. It is the name of the app, doesn't have an extension, and has a terminal icon next to it.
EX: /Applications/Stocks.app/Stocks and click Modify.

The settings for the file should look like this:

I have the privilege (burden?) in that I get to see everything that gets uploaded to the Download section as it happens. But, here ya go =D
