can anyone make an image for me or tell me how to make one. i want the letters USMC to replace at&t in the status bar. i used "iPhone" which came with ifuntastic, and noticed it was used throughout the whole phone. homescreen,ipod,web, etc. i then created my own, and noticed it only worked when the status bar(time)bar is white. not at the home screen.

any suggestions or help?

I'm guessing he just doesn't have it replacing both carrier logos. Check the guides, we have a whole page on how to change carrier text.

ifuturistic is not the problem, there are two images you need to change , one is for black backgrounds and one is for the white background
black=Default_CARRIER_ATT.png
white=FSO_CARRIER_ATT.png

This is the guides, they have a button on the top and the side of the forums. Guess which one of the options will teach you how to change the carrier text.

ok heres my question. the guide tells me this

First off, download the iPhone pack and unzip it on your Desktop. If that link goes dead, you can get it here. If you're proficient with Terminal, you can download it to wherever you want. If not, leave it on the Desktop, so the instructions will be correct.

You need to make sure that you put 1 after the name exm. mylogo1.png and put 2 after mylogo2.png. I hope this helps. With the ifuntastic v2.1 you can label the icons what ever you want but make sure to add 1 for the first png and 2 for the second png. Also make sure they stay withing the 65X20 pixels. When you create your logo make sure you save them as png transparent.

thats what ive done, and they came up on the phone. but it has a white box around it. i made it through paint, on our families desktop. but somehow gizmodo made it transparent. thats what i need to do now, but idk how to do that? can anyone help

I used realdraw to do mine and I've tried Adobe Ps but can't get it to transparent. But anyway when you go to save your work you will need to select png and transparent. In the preview you should only see the letters or object and the background should look like a checker board.

One question are you using mac or win?

i guess you could say both, im using windows to try and figure out stuff, but im using the ifuntastic on an iMac.

Go and download Realdraw Pro from here http://www.mediachance.com/download.htm#realdraw and us it to do you logo and it also works will with making your own icons. I hope this will help you. The program is for windows. Also when you use it make sure to save it as export for the web and to select png transparent. Let me know how it goes for you. Heading of to bed now.
