Default Can install 3rd party apps, but still jailed?

I recently upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1, and activated and did the jailbreak through http://jailbreakme.com. Unlocked with anySIM 1.1.

I can install 3rd party apps through Apptap, and they all work fine. But when I try to connect the iPhone to my Mac through iNdependence, iNdependence says my iPhone is jailed. Also, I cannot connect to my iPhone through SFTP using the iPhone's IP address (I have installed SSH and BDS Subsystem, and use the root/Alpine user/password). I get "connection denied". Both these connections worked fine in 1.0.2.

So, is my phone still jailed? Any tips on how to connect through iNdependence or SFTP (with Cyberduck or Transmit)? TIA.

I'm having the same problem except that I AM ABLE to connect to my iPhone through SFTP using the iPhone's IP address.
