SSH without IP

Is there a way to ssh into the phone from a mac without the ip address?

i need terminal access but cant get an ip address and also cant run terminal from the phone itself as ive got major issues and want to re-virginize.

Without the IP address your Mac doesn't know what / who to connect to. So, to answer your question, no, you can't.

Why can't you get your IP address?
