Changing the silver apple logo, applelogo.png

I tried to change the apple logo when you turn the iPhone on, but it only shows up at the very end when the logo shrinks away and the icons come up. Does anyone know how to completely change the logo screen?

no one has yet been able to get to that logo, the furthest weve gotten is where you are right now. some suspect that the logo maybe hard coded in some how. keep looking, you never know.

It's like the iPod apple logo, you can't modify it.

idk if the icon is hardcoded or not but i have an idea i'll try to find the files of previous ipod versions to find out what it was but i know that the icon is not hardcoded sorry for the previous writing the icon has grafics and if it is hardcoded one could use a ref command of some sort and direct it to a png

can you not change the logo or add a personal logo when you unlock/jailbreak the phone? is there not the option there? (instead of the pineapple)

In LogoMe just type in the URL of the picture you want. (You can upload your own pics to sites like photobucket) After you type in the URL hit "save" button. I forgot what the button actually says but something like that.
