Is there anyway to Install summerboard Theme without wi-fi ?

hi, i normally install my themes or any other thing like customize logo and all using cyber duck , but in order for cyberduck to works i need to be connected to a wifi right ?
at home i dont have a wifi network, so i wonder is there any possible way to do it by cable ?
i tried breezy , but it only let me install pxl files, i need to go to directories to install themes, thx anyway.
