Need Instructions Please Help

Im trying to change my icons, Wifi Signal, Status Bars, and Battey Color. Where are the instructions to do this at.

You just need to change the images and upload them to your phone.

This Wiki page lets you know which images control what, and where they can be found.

once you complete the above, signal bar is the same only thing there are
12 graphics you need to change they are called
Default_#_Bars.png (example: Default_1_Bars.png from 0-5) also
FSO_#_Bars.png (same as above from 0-5)
they go in
/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

I tried i guess this is way over my head i have no idea what to do but thanks anyway, ill just wait for a program that can do it all ( like ifuntastic )

If you have successfully jailbroke your phone, its easy.

Place all the icons you want to change into your phonedmg folder on your desktop. If you don't, you'll mess stuff up.

From Terminal, type the following (press Return after each line):

cd /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/
putfile Default_0_Bars.png
putfile Default_1_Bars.png
putfile Default_2_Bars.png
putfile Default_3_Bars.png
putfile Default_4_Bars.png
putfile Default_5_Bars.png
putfile FSO_0_Bars.png
putfile FSO_1_Bars.png
putfile FSO_2_Bars.png
putfile FSO_3_Bars.png
putfile FSO_4_Bars.png

Those last two are CRUCIAL.

I tried and it says after i type
putfile default_0_bars.png
-bash: putfile: command not found

and i have noticed i dont have springboard app on my computer do i need to download it from somewhere?

Of course you have to run iphoneinterface first by saying

./iphoneinterface

in Terminal.

hehe just thought that was amusing... dont get it? read it again.. anyway

AFC is not a good thing i think we can all agree on that. please try reading over the wiki again, make sure you followed every step correctly and all files are properly unziped in the phonedmg directory. if you downloaded a zip file and did not unzip it, you probably need to. if all else fails restore and try again. Do not give up hope, this has been accomplished many many times over, and can be done. if you can show us screenshots it may help in the process.

I am having a problem getting iFuntastic to load after having a successful mod earlier in the day. dock shows it is running, but i do not get the window. I repeated all the same steps as before. Any ideas besides rebooting, reinstalling and restoring to defaults?
