Do you remember the scene from My Cousin Vinny where he describes what happens when you drop a screw down the carburator? Yup, you're fracked.
Sorry, it happened to my iPhone yesterday and I was not able to resolve the problem so I had to restore.
Does iTunes see the phone when you plug it in? If so you're restore will go easy. If iTunes doesn't see your iPhone or gives you an error you'll have to boot up in Restore mode (hold power and home until yellow triangle shows up).
Good luck

Before you try that run jailbreak and make sure you unjailed it right and then try again and if that doesnt work then you can go restore.

The only thing I noticed is where you "cd", the line ends with a "/". I don't do it that way, nor do the instructions. I use:
iPhone:/#cd /Applications/Stocks.app
Questions:
1. Can you putfile Services.plist back onto your iPhone or does that also give you the error?
2. Can you still sync with iTunes?
I hope we can fix you up, although, how much modding have you done? It might just be easier to do a restore.

Ha, sometimes its the easy things, eh?
Yah, you can't put it in a folder. It has to be in the root of phonedmg.

Yup. Easy once you've done it. We're working on simplifying it.

Yup, you did. You didn't put the Services.plist file back on after modding. Open up iphoneinteface again, and do an ls (and return). If you see the Applications directory, etc, then issue the following commands:
cd /System/Library/Lockdown/
putfile Services.plist
Then restart the phone.
