hey guys,
i had some problems with itunes, everytime i would try to do some moding and after i do whole lockdown thing and turn my phone off and then back on, then when i open itunes, it tells me that capacity is only 300mb ...so i did restore, well i tried this like 5 times, and i had to do restore 5 times, cause' capacity is 300mb , but now its back to normal...okay
so i got whole new softwares, jailbreak, iphoneinterface, i deleted everything and i got all new tools. now when i hook up my iphone, open up terminal.
cd phonedmg
./jailbreak
then i do the 25 sec thingy, and it finds my iphone
then i type
./iphoneinterface
then i was just gonna change my carrier text to see if i'll have any trouble with itunes and after i type in
cd /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/
and i press return, it tells me that "no such file found or w/e"
i've done this b4 on the older tools and it worked, i even installed the gunmetal remastared icons, but after i uploaded my iphone on itunes, it told me that my capacity was only 300mb , so i had to restore it and try it again, but no luck

so if ANYONE could please help it would be wonderful.....thanks guys

Try to re-jailbreak it.

Looks like your new jailbreak didn't take. Try it again. I'm betting your previous failures were based on having an old version of iphoneinterface and not using correct syntax.

sry guys but i just got into this whole modding thing like two nights ago, and i've been up till 4am these past two nights, i just wanna make everything work, and iam trying really hard.

Just make sure you have the latest versions of all the software and run the jailbreak again.

Weird. Maybe try one more jailbreak, and ls to see if it shows the system directory yet... I've had to jailbreak two or three times to make it work sometimes.

nvm i've restored it by holding menu/top button for 25sec, and turning itunes on and it automatically restores it

but one question guys, it wouldnt let me do LOCKDOWN on system in jailbreak, should i get ANOTHER JAILBREAKER lol? or am i doing something wrong....

It never hurts to try downloading all new programs to use. Try making yourself a new modding folder and re downloading all the needed files.

okay its working now,
i have couple more questions
i have all the gunmetal remastared icons downloaded
and i wanna put different dock background
what do i type in? for codes and crap?
also I only have 3 icons on bottom now, and my stock is by itself in the 4th row, how do i either put it in the middle or take it and remove it?
