phone wont downgrade to 03.14.08_G firmware.

i tried to virginize my phone and dowgrade to 1.02 software

the software is 1.02 but the firmware is still 04.01.13_G

i followed all the steps in the viginzing guide for OS X:


when i first type in "./bbupdater -V"

instead of it saying:
"resetting target...
pinging the baseband...
baseband unresponsive to pinging
done"

i get this

you didnt chmod the .bbs and .eep
