How to make Transparant BootLogo with PS?

I used PS for making my BootLogo. It save as PNG 24 however when I convert using PWNED 1.1 the logo doesnt appear as transparent. Alas I try everything and still no luck. Any advice?

No Background/Used transparent and Save for internet already try Interlace and non Interlace.

The way I do the boot logo's is to make my logo 2 pixels smaller in each dimension. Create a new transparent file. with pixels that are equal to the original logo size. Paste the resized logo into the transparent file. Save as 24-png and you should be good to go.
