which file from 1.0.2 download do i use?

trying to downgrade back to 1.0.2. when i download the file, it unzips and there are five or six files in the folder. when i try to restore in itunes, it asks for one file. which one do i use?

Do not unzip it. Only do it if you plan to activate with iNdependence. You need both the ZIP and IPSW then.

it unstuffs automatically. how do i keep that from happening?

Umm, just save as. Do not open. Are you sure this is an OS X question?? Because if it is, it should just stay in IPSW
