Need help with modding my keypad

Can anyone please help with instructions on changing my key pad/ dialer from the stock version on the iphone to one of the cool Bardialer_Sel.png's
i've found on this site. I'm running 111 with 3rd party apps, i have customize on the phone also.

i've tried to create a new folder in customize by Sftp, but do not see it in the phone keypad in customize? not sure what i'm doing wrong and what i need to do that will make right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS i've read the how to's on this site but they don't seem to speak to the current changes and situations at present. Thx _ C

well you got to make it the default not costumize theres a few forums on that and by the way you will need terminal...
