Help!!

ok so i downloaded the installer then installed a couple of programs from i PDFview Navizon and a couple others...now im using FUGU to try and take it off and i cant delete them...how do i do this??.........how do i re-arrange icons on the desktop i dont know what its really called

fugu will not let you delete directories, ill give an example to remove Navizon.

1. open fugu, login to phone
2. go to /Applications/Navizon.app
3. delete everything in this folder
4. now go to /Applications
5. fugu should let you delete the Navizon.app folder now

as far as rearranging icons on the springboard, go to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
if you have 1.1.1 firmware, edit the M68AP.plist file. if you have 1.0.2 firmware or older, edit the DisplayOrder.plist file.
