Double Tap SMS Edit

This is more or less a technical question, not really an OS X modding.

Does any know or have the ability to decode a file on the iPhone that enables to the user to double tap the space and it enters a period [.] at the end of the last sentence?? If so, would you be able to decode that, and pending on the type of code [PHP, C, C+, C++] turn it into an IF statement?? Basically making it to where, if in the sentence WHY, HOW, WHO, WHAT is present onDoubleTap enter ?.

Not to sure if I am going over the head of someone, but hell we hacked it. Why not add this?
