hi bro,
i looking for first step to develop for iphone
I like to create app for to recovery "CELL INFO : LAC, RSSI, FREQUENCY"
I'm newbie, if anyone can help, it's very cool

Gotta know coding languages and all that good stuff. You have to have alot of time on your hands as well since coding can take time. You'll have to know Obj-C (It's a very simple language, there's tutorials all over the internet.) since almost everything on the OS X and iOS platform are written in Obj-C.
