Except that most of those services are based in the USA, whereas setting up one means you can select what location you want to "be in".

But they will be using something that is publicly used & not always controllable if something goes wrong, whereas setting one up for them means that it's a lot more manageable by you (presuming your providing this as a viable service to them). I setup these type of vpn's for customers quite frequently so that they have stability & also so that they know that the traffic that they will be sending across it, is a lot more secure.

I do use droids as well yes, If it's what you prefer, you can get VPN programs from the app store, VPN Express is there.

You mean by make an app or something and sell it in the app store for your VPN network? Or do you mean by for just one person? Otherwise if you want just one person you just have to configure the VPN on their device and they'll be good to go
