    Default App developing question

    I was wondering if an iphone or ipad app can be be developed on anything other then an apple based computer.I have a grandson that is very interested in trying to make apps and i am trying to find out as much as i can for him such as programs to use etc.thanks for any information.

    The recommendation is to use a Mac... and yes, you will need a Dev Account. That type of information is listed right on Apple's Website
