I am looking to get an app developed something very very similar to the Chipotle iphone app.

Is this something a noob with no c+, objective c, and all that programming experience would be able to do. I ask because its not an app with many "extras". Its pretty straight forward.

If its something I cannot do myself, where would I go to get it developed and could anyone give me an average price for an app to be made. Think Chipotle app when giving me any advice and estimating a cost for development.
