yet another problem connecting to SSH

ive tried cyberduck and fugu. both cannot connect and fugu cancels immediatly almost like its not even trying

. Ive checked my wi fi ip and im using a airport xpress and it was saying 10.0.1.6 on my iphone which seemed odd. So i went to one of them whatsmyip.com sites it said something different aka 76.19.95.174. I tried putting that one in and same thing not connecting. Is there a setting on my mac that maybe i forgot to change?
