    Default [Mac Tutorial] How to Extract your iPhone Backups

    Programs needed:
    iPhone Backup extractor Link:

    Step 1: Download iPhone Backup extractor -> Extract (Programs suggested UnRaRX] -> Drag application into your Applications folder to install it.

    Step 2: Double click iPhone backup extractor app

    Step 3: Click Read backups. [Shows the iPhone backups currently saved on your computer]

    Step 4: Pick the Backup you want to extract from the list. -> Click Choose

    HTML Code:
    Step 5: iPhone Backup Extractor will now show a list of application settings which it can extract.  Choose applications you want [In this case iPhone OS Files]-> click extract.

    Step 6: Program will ask you where to extract on your hard drive. -> Pick a destination to extract files.  -> click the Choose button.

    Step 7: Go to the folder you had chosen and see if it was successful. 
    Folder should be called iPhone OS  Files

    There are many files with sqlitedb extension. If wish to open, use this program

    How about for Windows?
    I mean,is there any windows application which can backup,restore, and extract the backup file for iphone?

    There is a software call syncpod can copy the content and transfer music,movies,photos between iPod and iTunes,Mac~
