Can anyone program me a Notification (I mean the red bubble over the icon when i get a message) Is it possible?

Here ya go, I made it as a theme so you can just put it in Winterboard if you like.

sorry but i'm completely new in this things.

i need a prgram code for the ICQ App that shows me a red bubble when i get a message from it. now i get only a sound when i get anything.
