if you have a mac, you can make all the ringtones you want for free using Garageband. Here's a link to an article telling you how to do it. It is simple and quick and works perfectly! Hope this helps.

Try Audacity for mac. Youcan create any ringtone you want, as long as you want and add sound effects, amplify the sound, etc. you'll have to get the libmp3lame.dylib to export as mp3, put in itunes, convert to .m4a, the change .m4a to .m4r. it's a little work but its free and the end result is great!
