    Question will the new ver 3.0 full have compass for use on 2g

    will the new iphone os 3.0 have compass liek teh new iphone 3g S has in the videos on apple website?

    No unfortunately not, the compass works with the magnetometer that is built into the 3gs only although I'm sure someone will find a way to activate the settings to display the compass screen
