hey all,

im pretty new here my name is idan i live in israel .
im a soldier in our contry (forced to become one) the army dosent pay us much money and i really wanna test out the 3.0 ver but every developer request for money and stuff that i dont have cuz i got to pay for living.

if someone here could help me somehow to add me to a developer program just pm me, i will really appreciate that ,
