TV on my iPhone 3g?

Hi, Im just wondering if anyone is working on an app of some kind that would allow me to watch streaming TV on the iPhone? I could when I had my N95 8GB so surely there must be a way of watching on the iPhone? (I work weekends and like to catch the footy at work!)
