You get paid hourly, and your pay is based on experience. I am not in a rush currently, as the product is being developed (ask in the email) so you have many weeks to work on this.
Some previous work is preferred.
Neatness and easy to use is a must.
Looks is a lot (i can't emphasize this enough).
Being able to code a website is needed, but isn't necessary. (If you can, you will get paid double)
