actually i haven't updated to using iTunes 7.6. still using the good (and very) old version 7.3.0.54.
dunno if this the reason why it behaved as so even though the code hasn't been changed on that part. but it's actually no biggie since your update still works like a charm.

Did it get taken off MMi's installer source? I can't seem to find it.

Hi. I have to say first that thanx for this great app. has really helped me a lot managing my files for the iphone and comparatively easier than other SCP programs.
But i got a problem now. i recently upgraded to 1.1.2 and since then iphonebrowser doesnt detect my iphone. it gives a message saying that the 'iPhone detected but it is not jailbroken'. I even installed 1.52 but still the same error even though the phone works fine with WinSCP and i got a whole load of apps installed via installer.
Any ideas?? plz help.
My iphone specs: 1.1.1 > 1.1.2
Modem: 4.02G
Bootloader: 3.9L (i think)

The most likely reason is that your phone does not have the afc2 service installed.
There are some posts in the File Mods section on doing this manually. Erica Sadun also posted some instructions here:

There is an installer fix for 1.1.3, but I am not sure it would work properly on 1.1.2 (may break phone so don't install it).

i love this application to put language very easy in 111 and 112 with the old procedure og unlocking but with ziphone unlocking many of files are hidden.. i can upload language anymore... i hate ussing ssh because it takes too much time... and downloading the languge via wifi taking also time for typing the wifi password and typing the source link....

For now, manually setup the afc2 service or install the ZiPhine iBrickr Fix from the iPhone.unlock.no repository.

The old (release) version of iPhone still uses the pre-1.1.3 firmware paths for the built-in shortcuts.
Either browse to the location manually (/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard) or download the test version 1.60 from the test thread in this forum and use that.

I have tested and it works with iTunes 7.7 and old iPhones.
There have been some posts indicating it works with old iPhones with 2.0 - but without afc2 service (even if jailbroken), it only sees the public files and folders normally available.
