iBook G4 not recognizing any device

my ibook g4 isnt recognizing any device connected to it through usb yes it recognizes me iphone,ipods,external hard disks, when i attach a camera to it it doesnt recognize it nor it recognizes my windows mobile phone wat should i do ? ?

Have you tried other ports? Do you have any other devices connected to any other usb ports?
Some devices draw more power than others.
