i need help A.S.A.P

I have an ibook g4 runnig leopard umm i just upgraded my quick time to 7.5 then it tell me to restart i restarted my mac and then as normal it logs in but now when i click anything it jumps and never opens and get quits when i saw this i shut down my mac but about after 15minz i started my mac and it is now stuck on apple logo and it is just sitting there plz help me .... i have restarted a lot of time but nothings happening its still stuck at logo umm and i dont have a leopard cd cuz im not in america plz help me
update:- now when i start my mac it stucks on apple logo for 4 to 5 minz and then shuts down plz help

Format your Mac, that's the only solution.

hold down the shift key during boot, this will start it in safe mode. If that fails hold down cmd+s, wait for the command line then type fsck -fy to run a disk check.
reboot, if still no luck then boot holding cmd+v see where it gets stuck, report back and Ill help further.

Formatting your mac may not be your only solution.
