itoneringer + new ipod firmware

Hello,
I'm looking to add custom ringtones to my iphone that was just updated to the latest version. I want to make sure that all the steps I've pulled together still apply to the latest version. (I was following instructions for windows 101 in the wiki). I will say that it would probably be helpful to have a sticky in this forum with step by step instructions for running itoneringer, as the readme file is quite vague.
