There are quite a few around. If you're jailbroken, VNSea is quite good. If you're not, LogMeIn is pretty good ...

Orb Live is really nice, it works flawlessly on my 1.1.3 Iphone.
It will do everything your asking about, just put what you need to access in the required folders after setting it up.
