plutil 1.4 (binary plist for Windows/Linux)
What:
plutil.pl v1.6
A Perl program to convert plist files from binary to XML/utf8 format and back again. This allows Wordpad/Notepad/Emacs (text) editing of plist files on Windows (tested with ActiveState Perl) or Linux (untested).
Why:
Updated to handle empty array and key sections and improved handling of large strings and utf8 strings.
Now handles data sections (.mdbackup), XML characters in dictionary keys (.strings) and 8 byte and negative integers (com.apple.springboard.plist)
