RingRing 0.8.0 - Ultimate Ringtone Manager released

Pulled some ringtones out of my V3xx, put them in iTunes and converted them into ACC, and loaded them in my iPhone. I had to rename some of them a few times to get them to work, but they ALL work now.

He Said .09o Will Fix This Can't You Read. You Will Have To Wait For Next Week. If Your Not Happy Use Another Program Or Deal With It Until The New One Comes Out. Like He Said He Is Working Hard At Fixing It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im sorry i didnt get a chance to explain this program fully yet.

You dont have to restart every single time for the ringtone to play.
1. Upload a ringtone.
2. Does it play back when you select it as your main ringtone?
3. If it does not. Rename it and try again.
4. If it plays, you have a good name for it.
5. Restart the phone and you are done.

i tried and tried many times draging m4a files in different orders. Only first two ring tones can be played...???

This could be related to two things

1. You dont have itunesmobiledevice.dll inside ringrings directory. More information about it in readme.txt

2. You dont have .net framework installed. Use your Windows Update feature.

After you choose a ringtone, restart your phone and they will play.

even after i upload the m4a successfully, and chose it as my ringtone.

I have the .dll file in the directory. Downloaded it and just put it in. I also have .net framework installed. Vista includes this, unless its something different.

Working great for me. Installed, copied the proper .dll into the folder, converted my clips to m4a, dragged it into the RingRing window and renamed them when they dont play on the phone. Restarted the iphone and I was able to select the ringtone I wanted. Thanks!

Awsome I think I love you. LOL Not really but thanks I now have 10 awsome ringtones on my phone and no jailbreak or hack. I found if you don't mess with the ones that work and don't reload the phone you don't usually have the ringtone that worked before dosn't work now problem at least thats the way it seems here. I cannot drag any files into the window??? i tryed all different file formats but nothing will drag into the window what my problem???

First of all THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! I've been looking around since I upgrade to 1.1.1
Guys IT REALLY works!!
For all of you saying it did not work, please read the README! As it says to rename the 4 character FILE NAME, till it works. Just keep clicking randomize and then click rename and reload to iphone, then check your ringtone, if does not work, re do it till it work. Works for me.

Keep up the Goodwork! Its all good for the Newbie like me!

Good program it works fine. I don't mind the renaming - however, even unchecking sync ringtones in iTunes, it still deletes the new ringtone added. Can anyone else confirm?

I can confirm, loads ringtone, plays fine. Before and after I ensured itunes was not set to sync ringtones, and then I leave it as my selected ringtone. Someones calls and bam, Miramabababa is playing again, all I can do is get the ringtone to show up and play, but not actually stay and play when someone calls.


Also, I tried the Mecca patch. I wasn't even able to get any m4a ringtones to show up after the mecca changes.

So, dunno whats next, any suggestions?
