See the theme I am working on below called iOne (cause all you need is one page). Would love some input, suggestions, and genera thoughts.
My concept is this. I have used many of these themes with categories (inavs) and generic skinning themes but my biggest problem always is managing the screen swipes or in the case of categories, screen swipes and newpages to take you to different apps. There is certainly alot of eye candy potential in them but I prefer usability and simplicity. I wanted to build a theme that was just one page but also very functional. Well with the release of Stacks v3 alpha 2, I am able to accomplish this with multiple stacks. The beauty of stacks is its fast and doesnt take you away from the main page. It also scrolls beautifully and even will retain any icon changes you make for the apps.
See my screenshots below. I have clearly taken elements from the various HTC threads and am using a common weather widget.
It works simply. The phone booth is my phone icon. The message, twitter and mail icons are obvious. On the weather widget, clicking on the icon launches the weather channel. On the calendar, clicking it launches my calendar. Clicking on each stack on the right, opens that stack with all the respective apps for that category.

UPDATE2: SHARING YOUR CUSTOM IONE THEME MODS WITH THE COMMUNITY
There have been a few people creating mods of this theme and users asking for them. Given this, I though it made sense to provide a shared place for modders to upload their custom themes so users could find them. Please see the following instructions for how to share your custom mods for this theme:
1) Go to the following url:

2) Enter password "modmyi" (without the quotes)
3) IMPORTANT: You will be asked to enter your name in Step 1. You should enter your modmyi username so users can find you easily. This will also create a folder for your mod where you will store your modded iOne theme. This type of access provides upload capabilities only. For example, i would create a user name of dharris.
4) IMPORTANT: In Step2, you will upload your files using the uploader. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING PROCESS. You should upload your theme as ONE zip file with the following naming conventions: iOne_"your user name". Inside this ZIP folder, please include whatever theme files are necessary for your mod - ie a main theme and possibly a separate weather widget/theme. Name these with the same naming convention as your zip so iOne_"your user name".theme and iOneWeather_"your user name".theme. Feel free to also include whatever other files you deem appropriate. IMPORTANT. In addition to your Zip file, please include a jpeg or png of your theme so people can see it before they download. The site allows you to preview files before downloading. Thus, if i was a modder named iModder I would enter user name iModder in Step 1 and then in Step 2 i would upload iOne_iModder.zip and SampleiModderWallpaper.png.
5) You can continue to upload additional files to your iOne mod theme simply by clicking on the upload link and entering your user name again in Step 1. All files uploaded will go into your folder. You can also update files simply by uploading the same file again. So if I made changes to the iOne_iModder.zip file contents, i simply upload the file again and it will overwrite it.

Below, find the link for downloading both my original iOne theme as well as some of my mods and mods of other users. Each mod will have its own folder in which you will find a preview of the modded theme and the necessary files to download to make the theme work. PLEASE NOTE I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEME MODS. THIS IS SIMPLY PROVIDED AS A CONVENIENCE FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN MODS OF THIS THEME.
Please follow the instructions in my original theme carefully, regardless of which user mod you download. Read the iOne setup instructions first, followed by the Stacks install instructions. Unlike some other themes, its important to read these instructions because of how and when to install stacks.
