i changed the telephone to the phone booth but the calendar still shows up behind the phone booth on the home screen. how do i change that? i moved the phone icon to the left and the calendar icon to the right, with 2 blank icons in between.
another question regarding stacks:
why are some apps in the stacked apps double? meaning that there is one app overlapping another one completely. the only way i know is because the text is jumbled from both apps.

I think you might be mixing themes which is my fault as I have posted so many in this forum. If you are using Stacks, you should be downloading the theme in the first post of this forum. That has the phone booth for the phone on the left and the calendar on the right. If you are using Categories, the you should download the theme above. In this case, because the dock icon stays within each category, i had to change placements and icons. In this case, you should use the more traditional phone icon (the black one) which should be on the right. The calendar should not be in the dock and instead placed per the graphic in my post.
The reason the stacks appear "layered" is because there is a "bug" or just a flawed design in the alpha where if you close a stack using the home button, the stack is actually not closed and must be closed before you open another stack. Example. Open Apps stack. Hit home button. Open Media stack, layered icons. Go back into app stack and close by hitting bottom left corner. Now no more layers. Its annoying!!

In other way, is it possible to have text labels bellow the icons?
Thanks

This is my fault. I screwed up the directions as i was trying to get this out quickly without proper testing. I have updated the directions above but basically you should not put transparent icons in the iOne themes Icon folder for the Category folders (Apps, Games, MEdia, Favs, System). Categories uses these for the backgrounds. Instead, you should replace the icon.png icon in each Category folder in "private/var/stash/Applications" with a transparent .png file (you can use the calendar one in the Icons folder as your transparent.png file.
As far as text labels, the basic Info.plist in the iOne theme folder is controlling this (since CategoriesSB is using the springboard settings). Hence if you use no labels outside of Categories you will get no labels inside it. This is part of the downside of using CategoriesSB (traditional categories lets you control this but is slower and uses more memory). This is why I still prefer stacks even though it has its own issues.
