I'm pretty new to theme building and I was wondering if there was a website where I could download the original icons for not only the stock iPhone applications(3.0 would be awesome), but also for the apps on the apps store and Cydia. Any help would be appreciated.

You could SSH the icons.

This way you can get all Stock icons and any apps installed on your device.

take a screenshot of the stock icons, then crop em and save em, and for itunes apps ud have to screenshot each app...
