Alright, some of you lucky cats, here it is. I've found a copy of it on my back up. I haven't use this theme for a long time so I don't particularly remember exactly how to set it up again, but the file contains all of the resources that I was using, so good luck and your welcome.

What you posted is great, and there's a lot in there that i can use, but could you do a bit more modding on it? there's a few things I'd like to change in it, but don't know how, to make it look great. Like getting rid of the photos section and changing it to Internet. And a few more things of coarse

In order for me to get the icons correctly I have to have this theme on my phone, which I have no interest putting on anymore, too much work IMO. I am sporting very simple theme so I can switch it easily. If you list your request here and I'll do my best to acomodate (can't promise anything concrete).

Change the bottom bar to say 'internet' instead of 'photos'
and use the same background on 'internet' as is on 'media'
a lockscreen that says 'Kevin Chesak'
and last, a photos icon to place in the 'media' section and camera icon to replace the MMS icon on the homepage. I'd be willing to donate too

Will I be able to retired after your donation? Kidding, don't worry about it dude, this is a hobby not for sale.

First, you might want to post a screenshot with what you wanted to change with.

Second, are you talking about my mod or someone else' mod?

If you feel inclined to donate, give extra to your church this Sunday.

1. on the 'Home' section the MMS icon changed to a camera icon
and the SMS icon changed to say messages.

2. change the bottem bar on all the pages to say 'Internet' instead of 'Photos'

3. on the new 'internet' section, use the same background as is on the media section

4. a photos icon to put in the media section.

5. change the lockscreen to say 'Kevin Chesak'

and lastly, if there's anyway you could make the search thing in 3.0 look good, that would be great too.

One thing to keep in mind. There are no PSD or Templates included in the original theme. Therefore it's harder to manipulate and modify. I don't believe the original author is around anymore. Well hopefully someone who are still using this theme can help you out, I don't use it anymore and I don't want to test it either. Goodluck.
