I am a huge fan of the white themes. This is looking pretty sweet. I would not use the weather widget though as I like to conserve battery, but this is looking great!

Weather widget will be a separate option. if you remove it, you will be able to use the dock as normal with properly edited icons.

This theme would be nice of the phone icon was the white iphone instead of black ^_^

If you want springjumps, its pretty easy to add.
I'l add a note for those who want them in the package.
