Thanks for the great theme. I remember there was a theme which included a template that basically converted all the icons to the correct size and basic layout. Even if it wasn't a customized icon change, it made the other icons more uniform.
Edit:
I found the theme that had that. It included 3 images to be placed on the theme UImages folder:
AppIconMask.png AppIconOverlay.png and AppIconShadow.png
Is this possible with your theme?

As I said on Macthemes time is the issue for me, yes I have the psd so it should be perfectly possible to do this, I will look into it.
