^He just didn't post it. He was on this morning really early. He probably was tired. Heck, I would be too after working overtime and coming home so late. I'm sure he'll post it today when he wakes up.

"Just Do It"

Although brevity is something I applaud, this post will be far from succint.

I find this freaking hilarious. Ebl has you guys literally by the nuts! And I must agree, according to the video and sceenshot, it does appear to be an amazing theme.

However, with that being said, I would like to quote a general rule, one that most every moral human being would be obliged to follow: if you say you're going to do something, do it. Like Nike says, "Just Do It."

Now I know the poserboys will defend him-
"Oh, he must have been really tired."
"He's doing this for free, don't criticize!"

And for the most part, I agree with most of the people defending him. He is doing this for free--he could be out doing other things yet he spends his precious time working on a theme for us. And yes, I suspect he probably is tired.

I can understand if you set a deadline and fail--we are only humans, and we can't predict the unforseen. Nevertheless, when you fail to meet deadlines on multiple occasions, don't you realize something needs to be done to calibrate the accuracy of the deadlines? This is a common concept which, when juxtaposed with schoolwork, may seem quite familiar to many of you. Foe example, If you have a research paper due on a certain deadline, you at going to either A. Work your butt off to complete the paper and have it ready by the deadline, or B. Discuss with the teacher if the deadline may be pushed back due to certain causes. The teacher may even give you another chance if you fail to turn in the paper by the agreed deadline, but I doubt you'd get multiple chances if you keep failing to meet numerous deadlines.

So there you have it. If you say you're going to do something, DO IT.

EXACTLY

This is nothing but a HYPE scheme, and everyone is just eating that sh!t up.

So of course this theme will be popular, its been over hyped for 10+ pages now

Anyway.....Im still anticipating the theme, so no one take this offensively

My advice to EBL is dont say your going to, or about to release this theme......simply pack it up, and post the link

Im laughing at all the people ******** at ebl. Ya hype is a factor here but c'mooooooon that is some sweet and hard F'n work he's put in.

Either way if we get it or not its pretty cool. This will just inspire designers to do bigger and better things instead of pokiman themes.

Where's the maturity in themeing???? I'd say this theme is a statement.

I 2nd the idea of him keeping the theme to himself.

Wow you ungrateful ignorant pricks..

EDIT: @mods - a suggestion; maybe this thread should be closed, and let EBL open up a fresh release thread when he is ready to post the link for his release.. that way there will be no more of these bs whiney posts.

What's the point of making a work of art and not releasing it.
Ok, alot if not all the people here don't deserve it, but if I worked that hard I would want people to enjoy my work.

If u want ebl to keep the theme and not release it,
All you have to do is stop posting here and pretend this thread doesn't excist.

4 the rest of us, I'm sure we'll keep waiting. I KNOW I WILL
I love Ebl's work, there master pieces

If only I could make themes. I'll sure make one for you guys! 9 days until school starts. Maybe I'll try and learn.

I was reading this thread: http://www.modmyi.com/forums/new-ski...ion-2-0-a.html

And EBL did the same exact thing he's doing now, but to a lesser extent.

He does better keeping the theme to himself. People aren't criticizing him, but if you read the thread posted above then you will see that he loves to hype people up and give false dates. The thread speaks for itself.

In the mean time, I'm sure someone else will make a Blackberry Storm theme for the iPhone.

Think about it..if ebl does keep it to himself there will be a huge riot attacking him. I kinda agree with the others on that he shouldn't give false dates but he has a life too and he doesn't need to spend it doing a theme when he could be doing something else that he likes.

^ Thats definitely true. I think the problem is how he's said numerous time he'll release it...etc. I think its impressive how he's hyped everyone up and not delivered. Over 60,000 views and still no theme. WOW! Where does the guy work? A Marketing firm in Manhattan making 100K+?

Pffft, that's a load of crap - not anywhere did you complainers say this. All you've been doing is giving EBL a hard time when he is the one putting in all the hard work into this theme. If he's unable to post updates in regards to release date changes or even release the theme at the proposed date that he originally stated, there's no need to be such a ***** about it to him and trash this thread with unnesseary comments. It's like you do not take into account that he has his own life to deal with, let alone deal with immature impatient e-tools on this forum. Like it's been stated before, he is doing all of this out of his own FREE TIME and is doing it all for FREE - be friggin' grateful and WAIT patiently rather than hammering him just because you don't have anything better to do.
