The reason you have two weather sections listed is because, by default, Homescreen 2.0 has an embedded weather app. PLUS as per the original instructions, you have Katra's weather app loaded as well.
Personally I like the one in Homescreen because it drops down into a weekly overview when you tap on it.
My screen looked a lot like yours until I figured out what was going on.
Then I removed Katra's from my phone and edited my "configureMe" file in the L-CONF.theme folder to have only these lines:

["Status Notifier Lock Screen.theme/LockBackground.html", 320, 0, false, 0, 0],
["HomeScreen_2.0/LockBackground.html" , 320, 480, false, -90, 0]
];

Now the weather works perfectly.

I can only hope someone has finally figured out how to put the clock on the LOCK SCREEN STATUS BAR. Basically instead of the lock icon I would like a working clock. so that its just my wallpaper with a clock in the status bar

where do you get my.theme from? i cant seem to find it anywhere and also where do you guys find that back ground picture with the moon and the grass? thanks

Does anyone know if there is a widget to get the battery on the lockscreen (obviously when not being charged)?
