The solution is to down the number
sorry but i dont know how modify the place of the number. when i modify the size of the star, the result is the same.

I understand that, but I feel like the problem was with how you uploaded the .png... It seems that they are not the icons by themselves but have a white background also and the speaker is not centered in the uploaded image. Open up the icons in Photoshop or on a black background and see.
