i've a trouble with this thème ( with last black too )

i can't see any symbol on the green or red cercle.
Only 3G and SSH.
Bluetooth, Brightness, Phone, Wi-Fi with no draw inside.

how can i fix it ? thanks

peut etre le fond d'écran soit du téléphone
soit du thème SBSettings
