open up summerboard and select it from the themes menu. (you need to download summerboard if you don't already have it.)

I never thought I'd ask for an icon but the original icon for tt-clock.app ( talking clock) is so terribly ugly, it needs to be put out of it's misery!
I'm using big clock for now but it's not very, er , talky.
