Yesterday, I updated your theme via installer. It's still one of the best themes out there. FYI, I had to rename three icons to: 'WeSpot', 'FileBrowser' and 'fring'.

Could it be possible that installer's last update didn't include updates 42 & 43?

for Kate there is old Caterpillar icon which is what Kate is now ... it was Caterpillar ... now it's Kate ... so you can use the Caterpillar icon ... LOL ...
